Among the three major exams in the country for medicine right now(AIIMS,NEET, JIPMER), JIPMER is the easiest with respect to the other two. In NEET, the questions are confined to NCERT mainly, while in JIPMER, they can be from anywhere.
The level of difficulty is as follows:
JIPMER < NEET < AIIMS.
However, the chances of making it through JIPMER are straightforward if you're
well-versed and confident about your preparation. One and a half lakh to two lakh
candidates competes for the 200 seats.
You always need to figure out what to expect in JIPMER. Last year, around ten
questions on pure mathematics in the physics section of JIPMER. So keep calm and do well.
If you know your NCERT well, it's easy. It can be done if you have the entire 40 days and nothing else but sleep, with adequately spaced repetition.
